HP Pavilion dv6-6115nr 15.6-Inch Laptop
I bought this during a lightning sale on a dv6-6115nr whim. Demanded a young laptop to interchange my 3.5 yr old HP laptop that was starting to freak out on me, just hadn’t done likewise much enquiry yet. I’m moderately slaked thus far, merely apprehensive almost what’s to arrived due to some minor problems I’ve had already.
For starters, the DVD/CD drive is extremely hard to open. Not certainly if I but went a lemon, merely I have to press Mode besides hard on the subject button to cause it to capable and it takes several tries to do it. I fright this drive might not capable totally soon. I’ve believed sending it back due to this concern, simply think it might be too much of a hassle for something I’m not certainly is a huge problem. The other vexation is that, when I brought it out of “sleep” mode the other day, the screen commenced freaking out and showing some lines across it. Computer had to exist restarted and it’s worked fine since then. Mayhap this was a one-time thing. Having had the computer for entirely two weeks, I’m getting a bad vibe.
The other issue I experience is that I’m not super comfortable utilizing the keyboard and mouse. It may but take getting utilized to. My old HP is selfsame like to this one as far equally the feeling and layout. Yet, the keys on this are rocky and construct loud clicking sounds when I character or press the mouse buttons. My old HP was more tacit when I typed and clicked the mouse buttons and seemed to exist more smooth when doing this. Also, when I motility the mouse across the screen, it seems to glide faster than I base for it to. Like, I’m trying to mouse over a place on my screen and the arrow SLIDES slimly past the channelise I’m aiming for and I experience to slide it back. Form of annoying.
